About the role
- Provide legal guidance to the company's various departments;
- Monitor court proceedings of lower impact to the company, ensuring compliance with public authority requirements;
- Make revisions to contract and deed drafts, ensuring improvements and compliance with current legislation;
- Oversee extrajudicial collections related to sales contracts with fiduciary alienation clauses;
- Continuously analyze laws and regulations applicable to the company's legal responsibilities;
- Review various contracts of moderate impact to the company and propose necessary amendments;
- Issue legal opinions and respond to inquiries on topics or situations of moderate complexity related to the requesting areas;
- Comply with sustainability, quality management, food safety, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Law degree completed.
- Registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Postgraduate degree in related areas is desirable.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in the area or related fields.
- Knowledge of constitutional, administrative, criminal, corporate, commercial, procedural, labor, and general civil law (including contract, consumer, environmental, real estate, and intellectual property law).
