About the role
- Coordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of HR tools and programs in partnership with specialist areas;
- Manage the processes within your area of expertise among HR subsystems such as recruitment and selection, training and development, employee engagement, culture, etc.;
- Identify needs for actions, projects and training through interactions with the company's various departments and provide management with strategic information;
- Monitor the execution of HR policies and procedures;
- Contribute to compliance with quality standards through monthly monitoring of people-management KPIs;
- Enable employee well-being programs;
- Improve organizational climate by conducting surveys and managing resulting actions with employees and managers;
- Support internal communication and interdepartmental relations through ongoing contact with managers and their teams;
- Lead projects to design, review and/or structure people management programs;
- Meet sustainability, quality management, food safety, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements;
- Conduct collective bargaining with labor and employer unions, facilitating collective agreements, bargaining agreements and other related matters;
- Participate in unit leadership meetings (N5, N6, Industrial Management, HSE Management Committee, Executive Committee);
- Direct and follow up on requests from partner areas such as Compliance, Occupational Health, Legal, Sustainability, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Psychology or related fields.
- Completed postgraduate degree.
- Experience with recruitment and selection methodologies, development, compensation, labor and social security legislation, MS Office and intermediate Excel skills.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in HR or related areas.
