About the role
- **Your challenges will be:**
- Manage the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) in collaboration with technical areas and responsible leaders;
- Act as the focal point for technical, behavioral and onboarding training programs according to the Corporate University guidelines;
- Support HR Business Partners in developing content, instructional materials and learning paths;
- Deliver corporate, behavioral and onboarding training sessions;
- Conduct and monitor reaction, learning and training effectiveness evaluations;
- Manage LMS (Learning Management System) platforms;
- Ensure training records and evaluations are properly controlled and documented;
- Monitor L&D indicators;
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources or related fields;
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in the area or related fields.
- **Preferred qualifications:**
- Knowledge of andragogy techniques and active learning methodologies;
- Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced);
- Familiarity with e-learning tools;
- Experience with audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
