About the role
- Provide personalized support to employees: onboarding, HR interviews, career-path guidance, and internal mobility support
- Ensure reliable administrative management from contract start to exit while ensuring equitable treatment
- Contribute to quality of work life and prevention of psychosocial risks, in collaboration with technical counterparts
- Support managers in defining HR needs and creating job descriptions
- Advise on the application of HR policies: recruitment, job classification, compensation, disciplinary matters, conflict management, work organization, etc.
- Identify and report gaps, propose solutions, and help establish coherent and aligned HR practices
- Participate in harmonizing work practices and evolving HR methods
- Act as a change ambassador with teams to promote adoption of new practices
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration by co-developing more streamlined, effective, and shared processes with other departments.
Requirements
- You hold a master's degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) specializing in Human Resources
- You have significant generalist HR experience (minimum 5 years)
- You are experienced in crisis environments and/or sensitive contexts
- You have an excellent ability to foster collaboration and build trust, with strong active listening and influencing skills
- You can work autonomously, with rigor, enthusiasm, and motivation; you demonstrate tenacity and resilience to stress
- You can handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
- You know basic principles of labor law and can analyze an HR legal framework
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (SIRH) software
- You are fluent in French, both written and spoken; a good command of English is an asset

- 12-month fixed-term contract (CDD), to start as soon as possible
