• Lead full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting for rural and hard‑to‑staff locations, ensuring consistent candidate flow despite limited local talent pools.
• Develop deep relationships with rural community partners (workforce boards, technical schools, chambers of commerce, local events) to expand sourcing channels and increase brand visibility.
• Build strong partnerships with site leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring urgency, and local market dynamics.
• Create and execute localized sourcing strategies tailored to rural labor markets, including proactive outreach, grassroots recruiting, and community engagement.
• Establish a strong presence in assigned regions through regular site visits, virtual touchpoints, and ongoing communication with hiring managers.
• Leverage labor market data to identify trends, talent shortages, and opportunities for targeted recruiting efforts.
• Drive candidate engagement through personalized communication, timely follow‑up, and a strong understanding of the rural candidate experience.
• Represent the company at local hiring events and coordinate on‑site or community‑based recruiting activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring high‑volume roles to reduce time‑to‑fill and improve hiring predictability.
• Partner with HR and operations leaders to ensure alignment on staffing priorities and workforce planning needs.

Talent Acquisition Consultant – APS

Operations

• Manage production on a daily basis.
• Ensure the availability of all necessary resources (people, raw material, equipment, tools, etc.) in order to guarantee production.
• Monitor the production performance indicators and production scheduling, and take necessary operational decisions in case of deviations.
• Anticipate potential problems to avoid production downtime.
• Ensure the accuracy of daily production reporting (performance versus forecasts, reasons for deviations, actions taken, etc.).
• Provide operating guidelines which are consistent with other shifts within the unit.
• Develops hourly operations personnel through coaching, feedback, and unit assignments.
• Provide the training resources for all personnel to develop their skills.
• Provides recognition and feedback to technicians while acting as a coach and counselor.
• Ensures compliance with Company Operational Excellence Standards and site procedures that support those standards.
• Drives unit performance to the business plan through sound operating practices.
• Coordinate activities with Maintenance in order to ensure the effectiveness of production and the equipment.
• Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving with mechanical and process issues.
• Propose procedures in order to cope with the production of non-conforming products.

Operations Supervisor

Administrative Assistant

• Process Order Management: track process orders from creation through goods movement verification
• Reporting & Analytics: compile weekly and monthly production reports; prepare site KPIs using Power BI, Intelex, and SAP
• Document Control & SOP Management: oversee annual review process for SOPs; manage routing and finalization of procedures
• Logistics & Coordination: communicate with Corporate Plant Logistics; coordinate yearly service award lunches

• Lead the architecture and design of digital manufacturing solutions supporting production, reliability, quality, energy, and sustainability use cases
• Define end‑to‑end solution architectures spanning OT systems ,Plant data historians ,Manufacturing Applications and cloud platforms
• Serve as a technical authority for OT/IT integration patterns, including real‑time data ingestion, edge architectures, and secure connectivity
• Provide innovation thought leadership, technical governance, and oversite for ITS initiatives
• Review RFPs, requirements, emerging business needs, business trends, industry and market trends, and translate them to business impact
• Champion innovation projects of high business value with organizational leaders
• Ensure ITS solutions are designed for agility, responsiveness, stability
• Provide guidance and consultation to architect solutions using established and/or emerging technologies
• Develop and maintain technical innovation roadmaps in partnership with Service Excellence
• Regularly meet with key vendors and identify new strategic vendor relationships

Senior Solutions Architect

Engineer

• Systematically develop, monitor and continuously improve an asset maintenance strategy that ensures mechanical assets (primarily Machinery, secondarily Stationary) will function as required and realize value throughout their life cycles.
• Ensure spare parts are held in sufficient quantity to appropriately manage asset unavailability risk.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses (RCA).
• Leverage learning from experience to continuously improve the asset maintenance strategy and LyondellBasell’s broader asset management systems.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary asset performance improvement teams.
• Apply data analysis techniques to develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other problems that adversely affect process safety, personnel safety, environmental, regulatory, operational and quality performance.
• Apply value analysis (e.g., life cycle cost analysis) to repair/replace, repair/redesign and make/buy decisions.
• Provide technical support/expertise within your discipline during the front-end engineering and design (FEED) and execution phases of capital projects to ensure newly-installed and modified assets realize value throughout their life cycle.
