Requirements
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a petrochemical manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of industry best practices in polymer process operations and optimization
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Supervision and multiple group coordination with excellent conflict resolution skills
- International management experience is a plus
- Mentoring skills to effectively transfer technical expertise to less experienced engineers and managers
