About the role

  • Own and grow a strategic portfolio of customers and prospects, delivering solutions that create measurable value.
  • Promote and position APS’s engineered plastics portfolio, articulating product characteristics that align with customer needs and specifications.
  • Develop strong, trust‑based customer relationships through in‑person engagement, integrity, and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product management, technical, supply chain, and commercial teams to bring resources and solutions forward for customers.
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations, ensuring agreements align with business objectives and value capture targets.
  • Actively participate in annual business planning, helping shape commercial strategy.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and support demand planning across divisions.
  • Ensure compliance in all commercial processes, including contracts, pricing, and documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership and peers through weekly calls, reporting, and sales meetings.
  • Consistently execute APS business goals, meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities and track progress through Salesforce.
