About the role
- Own and grow a strategic portfolio of customers and prospects, delivering solutions that create measurable value.
- Promote and position APS’s engineered plastics portfolio, articulating product characteristics that align with customer needs and specifications.
- Develop strong, trust‑based customer relationships through in‑person engagement, integrity, and exceptional service.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product management, technical, supply chain, and commercial teams to bring resources and solutions forward for customers.
- Lead pricing and contract negotiations, ensuring agreements align with business objectives and value capture targets.
- Actively participate in annual business planning, helping shape commercial strategy.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and support demand planning across divisions.
- Ensure compliance in all commercial processes, including contracts, pricing, and documentation.
- Communicate regularly with leadership and peers through weekly calls, reporting, and sales meetings.
- Consistently execute APS business goals, meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities and track progress through Salesforce.
