About the role

  • Support the Moerdijk site with end to end HR services
  • Provide one point of contact for line management and employees at operational level
  • Facilitate the improvement of quality and delivery of HR processes and data requests
  • Support various HR related operational matters such as hiring processes, employee separations, and payroll changes
  • Responsible for the data quality of the administration in MyConnection/SAP
  • Prepare and compile HR data for reports and statistics
  • Execute and maintain local policies in cooperation with the Senior HRBP
  • Act as a trusted advisor to line management, ensuring best practices and consistent decision making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a preference in Human Resources Management
  • Experience in HR fundamentals and understanding of Dutch employment laws
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees from front line to senior management
  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
