About the role
- Support the Moerdijk site with end to end HR services
- Provide one point of contact for line management and employees at operational level
- Facilitate the improvement of quality and delivery of HR processes and data requests
- Support various HR related operational matters such as hiring processes, employee separations, and payroll changes
- Responsible for the data quality of the administration in MyConnection/SAP
- Prepare and compile HR data for reports and statistics
- Execute and maintain local policies in cooperation with the Senior HRBP
- Act as a trusted advisor to line management, ensuring best practices and consistent decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a preference in Human Resources Management
- Experience in HR fundamentals and understanding of Dutch employment laws
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor
- Ability to work with all levels of employees from front line to senior management
- Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
- Working knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English
