About the role
- Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of ESG Reporting and Carbon Management strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their ESG Reporting and Carbon Management business needs
- Leverage expertise in ESG Reporting software to implement, configure, and optimize tools
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks related to ESG reporting
- Serve as a lead in the development and implementation of an ESG data management system
- Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Sustainability, MIS, Computer Science or related technical field
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
- 4+ years of experience in Carbon Management and/or ESG Reporting roles
- Experience with non-financial reporting and ESG standards and reporting frameworks and ratings, including CSRD, SASB, TCFD, Sustainability Development Goals, CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics and GRI
- Proven experience in implementing ESG Reporting software and Carbon Management software
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
