About the role

  • Leading and motivating an European based Customer Fulfilment team of approximately 20 people
  • Develop and implement company strategies to deliver superior service to customers
  • Handle customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Streamline and standardize Customer Service business processes

Requirements

  • University / Bachelor's degree preferably in Economics, Finance or Supply Chain
  • Minimum of 15 years in multinational company of which several in a direct customer facing role
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in supervisory role
  • Experience within the chemical industry is considered a plus
  • IT capabilities (SAP, MS Office)
  • Fluent in English and preferably another language
