About the role
- Leading and motivating an European based Customer Fulfilment team of approximately 20 people
- Develop and implement company strategies to deliver superior service to customers
- Handle customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Streamline and standardize Customer Service business processes
Requirements
- University / Bachelor's degree preferably in Economics, Finance or Supply Chain
- Minimum of 15 years in multinational company of which several in a direct customer facing role
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supervisory role
- Experience within the chemical industry is considered a plus
- IT capabilities (SAP, MS Office)
- Fluent in English and preferably another language
