Sales

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction within assigned territory.
• Build, own and execute sales strategy for assigned territory.
• Identify, qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
• Develop and implement territory and account plans to build pipeline and deliver on revenue targets.
• Own the end-to-end sales process by working closely with internal stakeholders such as business development, product, marketing, customer success and the leadership team.
• Leverage data, case studies, benchmark reports and key internal assets to nurture, advise, and support customer’s decision process.
• Research and understand the healthcare industry landscape, including market trends, competitive analysis, and customer pain points.
• Deliver compelling and polished sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide and report pipeline, forecast, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system.
