- Lead & Mentor: Directly manage and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Drive Revenue: Accountable for the team's achievement of quarterly and annual quota
- Tactical Coaching: Spend significant time 'in the trenches' with reps
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a disciplined operating rhythm
- Strategy Execution: Develop and execute regional sales plans

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience leading SMB or Mid-Market sales teams
- A passion for people development
- You thrive in an environment where ownership is expected
- You can think 'big picture' about market trends
- Strong proficiency in CRM (Salesforce)
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Previous experience in SaaS, IoT, security, or hardware-enabled software industries is highly preferred
- You possess the 'scrappy' LVT mindset.
