Lead the technical function
Define and execute the technical roadmap in close collaboration with general management.
Oversee the SaaS architecture, hosted infrastructure and drive evaluation of a potential cloud migration.
Integrate AI into business processes: automation, data analysis, recommendations.
Build & manage the team
Recruit and structure the IT team: you will be a key actor in its creation and scaling.
Manage existing developers and coordinate external service providers.
Establish a strong engineering culture: best practices, agile methods, constructive code reviews.
Contribute to the vision
Take part in strategic decisions with a long‑term view focused on scalability and growth.
Collaborate with product, design and sales teams to advance technical and business objectives together.

Requirements

Master's degree (Bac+5) or engineering degree in Computer Science
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT with responsibility for development and information systems.
At least 5 years' experience in back‑end development and team management.
Tech stack: PHP / Symfony, Go, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, GitLab
Experience with or strong interest in AI (LLMs, automation, data)
Comfortable with environments such as SaaS, dedicated hosting / cloud, CI/CD
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills
