• Perform legal analysis of real estate financing processes for Caixa Econômica Federal.
• Review and validate documentation of buyers, sellers, properties, and intervening parties.
• Analyze property registration records (matrículas), certificates, deeds, articles of incorporation, powers of attorney and other documents required for formalization.
• Identify and report documentary and legal issues to be resolved within the process.
• Monitor Caixa's requirements and regulations for approval and contracting of operations.
• Liaise with notary offices (cartórios), banking correspondents, real estate agencies and clients to regularize documentation.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and legal requirements for transactions.
• Prepare legal opinions and analysis reports when required.
• Monitor registrations, annotations (averbações) and contract releases.
• Provide technical support to commercial, operational and formalization teams.
