About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform legal analysis of real estate financing processes for Caixa Econômica Federal.
Review and validate documentation of buyers, sellers, properties, and intervening parties.
Analyze property registration records (matrículas), certificates, deeds, articles of incorporation, powers of attorney and other documents required for formalization.
Identify and report documentary and legal issues to be resolved within the process.
Monitor Caixa's requirements and regulations for approval and contracting of operations.
Liaise with notary offices (cartórios), banking correspondents, real estate agencies and clients to regularize documentation.
Ensure compliance with deadlines and legal requirements for transactions.
Prepare legal opinions and analysis reports when required.
Monitor registrations, annotations (averbações) and contract releases.
Provide technical support to commercial, operational and formalization teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
Familiarity with systems: Caixa Aqui, Siopi and Ciweb.
Experience in legal analysis of real estate financing at Caixa Econômica Federal.
Knowledge of real estate, registry (registral) and contract law.
Experience analyzing property registration records, certificates and real estate documentation.
Knowledge of Caixa's housing programs and financing modalities.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Advantage: Experience in real estate credit advisory, Caixa correspondents or other financial institutions.
Knowledge of systems used in housing programs and real estate financing processes.
Experience with electronic registration and notary (cartório) procedures.
