• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies for fashion brands, specifically focusing on Amazon (Seller/Vendor) and Zalando (ZFS/ZEOS).
• Own KPI performance, sales data, and margin optimization.
• Manage the full lifecycle of fashion retail on marketplaces—including pricing architecture, inventory management, and promotional calendars.
• Brief and oversee high-quality content (A+, Brand Stores, and Zalando-specific imagery) to ensure brand consistency and high conversion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for our biggest fashion clients, while collaborating with internal Marketing, Warehouse, and Technology teams.
• Act as the lead point for Business Reviews; coordinating with the wider team to provide the best in class presentations and recommendations to the Client and their wider team in person at regular points throughout the year.

• Analysing account performance and market behaviours to identify opportunities, optimise and grow your accounts
• Developing ongoing work plans for clients
• Monitoring account performance on a daily basis
• Researching, setting up and optimising advertising campaigns
• Use proprietary and 3rd party tools to research and analyse performance on Amazon and other marketplaces
• Creation and delivery of performance reports to clients
• Supporting other team members to grow accounts and succeed
• Assisting in the conduct of training both internal and external
• Supporting wider business initiatives such as consultancy
