About the role
- Provide on-site IT support, resolving tickets and assisting users.
- Support video conferencing rooms by setting them up, troubleshooting and performing proactive checks.
- Perform hands-and-eyes tasks for the network and voice systems (patching, basic testing and coordination with providers).
- Manage end-user assets throughout their lifecycle (provisioning, returns and stock control).
- Provide assistance with change activities, security-related tasks and technical support for company events.
- Perform other necessary activities within the internal environment.
Requirements
- +2 years of experience in end user IT support, including support.
- Experience with video conferencing systems (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Logitech, Poly, Cisco).
- Experience with ITSM tools, asset management, and stock handling.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11, macOS, VPN, drivers, and corporate applications.
- Basic network and voice (L1) knowledge: patching, Wi Fi/LAN testing, PBX/SIP phones.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
