About the role
- Prepare monthly statistics, provisions and reports for management, the business units and the parent company
- Support the preparation of monthly payroll for the Miesbach and Basel locations and act as the responsible backup during vacation or illness
- Handle all administrative tasks for employees from onboarding to offboarding, e.g., preparing employment references in cooperation with the respective manager
- Create and edit HR document templates, presentations and correspondence
- Handle, advise on and research tax and social security law questions
- Maintain and manage master data and personnel files
- Support applicant management, e.g., placing job adverts, written and telephone correspondence, screening application documents, coordinating appointments and participating in interviews
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with additional HR qualification (e.g., HR administrator/specialist)
- Practical experience in HR with good knowledge of payroll tax and social security law and a strong numerical aptitude
- Confident user of MS Office and a high affinity for HR information systems
- Structured and independent way of working, with a high degree of integrity, accuracy and reliability
- Empathetic, friendly and professional manner; able to work well in a team and with a variety of stakeholders
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
