About the role
- Own the Salesforce instance end-to-end: system health, release management, configuration, user management, and adoption across GTM teams
- Partner with the Enterprise Architect on architecture decisions while owning all execution and day-to-day operations
- Maintain 99%+ system uptime and establish a structured release cadence
- Establish and enforce data quality standards across GTM systems, including validation rules, deduplication, and hygiene processes
- Ensure clean, reliable data flows downstream to the Data Analytics team and other stakeholders
- Build governance frameworks that prevent data quality issues rather than just cleaning them up after the fact
- Starting with Salesforce as the core, progressively expand operational ownership across the broader GTM tool ecosystem
- Drive adoption, reduce redundancy, and improve rep productivity across the tools your team manages
- Partner with the Enterprise Architect on strategic tooling decisions
- Identify workflow automation and AI opportunities across GTM operations
- Partner with the AI Automation team to implement solutions, measured by time saved and manual steps eliminated
- Think forward about how AI can reduce support demand, free up capacity for shipping, and improve how the team operates
- Build and lead a high-performing RevTech team with clear operating rhythms and performance expectations
- Develop your people’s skills and career paths
- Run the team like a combined product and support organization: ship improvements proactively while triaging and resolving stakeholder requests effectively
Requirements
- 7+ years in revenue operations, revenue technology, or Salesforce-centric roles, with at least 3 years managing a team
- Salesforce certifications required
- Experience at high-growth companies where you’ve had to build and scale systems alongside the business
- Track record of owning a Salesforce instance operationally and driving measurable improvements in adoption, data quality, and system reliability
- You think like a product manager and a support leader. You ship improvements proactively, but you also know how to triage, deflect, and resolve when stakeholders need help
- You anticipate needs rather than waiting for requests. You own outcomes for the functions you serve, not just the systems you manage
- You collaborate effectively across teams and know when to lead, when to partner, and when to hand off
- You’re forward-thinking about how AI and automation can radically change how the work gets done
- Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise: flows, validation rules, permission sets, data model decisions. You can get into the weeds, not just direct from above
- Systems thinking: you see how tools, data, and processes connect across the full GTM motion and design solutions holistically
- Strong data governance instincts. You build systems and habits that prevent data quality problems, not just fix them
- Comfortable identifying where AI and automation create leverage and partnering with technical teams to implement
Benefits
- Equal Opportunity Employer
