About the role

  • Architect and lead the full ecosystem of internal programs, systems, and experiences that power our employee lifecycle.
  • Operate as the product leader for the People function, owning the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of critical People programs.
  • Define how Luxury Presence scales its culture, leadership, and talent experience across a growing workforce.
  • Ensure people programs are world-class, data-driven, and built for the future of AI-enabled work.
  • Help attract, engage, develop, and retain top talent.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in People Operations, L&D, HR, or Program Management roles, including leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success architecting and scaling people programs in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record implementing and optimizing People systems (HRIS, LMS, performance platforms, communications tools).
  • Expertise in internal communications, engagement strategies, and change management.
  • Strong project and program management skills — able to oversee multiple large initiatives simultaneously with precision and accountability.
  • Highly data-driven: you build insights, dashboards, and KPIs that inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing at all levels of the organization.
