About the role
- Assist in daily store operations monitoring, including sales performance, inventory updates, and operational checklists.
- Coordinate with store teams regarding operational concerns and follow-ups.
- Support store openings, visual merchandising updates, and in-store promotional executions.
- Help ensure adherence to LUXASIA retail SOPs and brand execution standards.
- Prepare and update operational trackers, reports, and internal documentation.
- Assist in maintaining updated regional reports and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, Training, and HR for store requirements.
- Assist in executing retail projects including renovations, activations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct store visits (as required) for validation of merchandising and operational compliance.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- Strong interest in retail operations, beauty, or consumer goods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Willing to conduct field visits to stores when needed.
