About the role

  • Assist in Article Master setup and maintenance in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product data
  • Support data validation, clean-up, and reporting using Microsoft Excel
  • Prepare, update, and maintain SOP documents (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Participate in process reviews and improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify required information

Requirements

  • currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related course
  • strong analytical and data management skills
  • high attention to detail and accuracy
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookup functions, data cleaning, basic reporting)
  • good organizational and documentation skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
