About the role
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, fully functional products, features, and enhancements to market
- Define, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned with customer needs, stakeholder expectations, and product vision
- Provide business and domain leadership as Scrum Product Owner, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution
- Lead requirements engineering activities, including gathering, prioritizing, elaborating, planning, and validating requirements
- Create and refine epics, features, user stories, and defect descriptions to support effective delivery
- Act as the voice of the customer and primary source of requirements for the Scrum team, providing clarity on product goals and priorities
- Manage and engage stakeholders (customers, partners, resellers, and internal teams), incorporating feedback into product evolution
- Communicate progress, expectations, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Collaborate with the Scrum team and Product Manager on release, sprint, and resource planning to maximize delivered value and quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar Product Owner or product leadership role
- Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders, from C-level executives to technical users and agents
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to facilitate solution design within teams
- Creative problem-solving and team-oriented approach
- Broad business acumen with strong industry and market knowledge
- Strong awareness of market trends and customer needs
- Analytical, proactive, and forward-thinking mindset
- High curiosity and creativity combined with structured, analytical thinking
- Strong product and technology expertise
- Deep understanding of the value and benefits delivered by products and services to customers
- Ability to plan, delegate, and oversee work across development teams

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum and Scrum@ Scale
