• Du spielst die komplette Creator-Journey: Scouting, Outreach, Briefing, Go-Lives & Reporting
• Du entwickelst mit uns Ideen, die in Feeds hängenbleiben – von Snackable Reels bis Longform
• Du sitzt an echten Kundenprojekten (national & DACH), bekommst klares Mentoring und viel Ownership
• Aufgaben im Bereich Social Media & Campaigning: Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Influencer-Kampagnen
• Recherche und Briefing von Creators
• Performance-Tracking und Reporting über Google Sheets & Monday
• Unterstützung bei Content-Planung und Erstellung (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
• Aufgaben im Bereich Corporate Communication & PR: Verfassen von Pressetexten, Präsentationen und Employer-Branding-Materialien

• You will take responsibility for managing and overseeing our campaigns and work with our team to develop bespoke campaigns for brands
• As the main point of contact for influencers in your area, you will ensure the right selection and long-term relationships with talents

• You will continuously monitor the market to ensure innovative approaches in brand collaborations
• You will be responsible for optimizing internal processes and improving efficiency within the team
