Key responsibilities & impact

Trend and Creator Research: Identify creators and trends that align with the brand
Content & Campaign Support: Create briefings, manage timelines, and support live posting
Community & Reporting: Manage comments, curate clips, and maintain accurate KPI reporting
Support in planning, executing, and analyzing influencer campaigns
Talent Scouting & Briefing: Find suitable creators and prepare precise briefings
Quality Assurance: Guide the coordination process between brand and creator
Content Creation: Develop creative ideas and produce posts for our own channels
Pitch Preparation: Support client presentations and pitch decks and prepare case studies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled in or completed studies/training in communications, marketing or a related field — or career changers with demonstrable social proof
Confident with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube; interested in data and detail; strong communication within a team
Some previous professional experience in marketing, ideally in an influencer context
Special skills in copywriting, project management, or social media
Able to write in German and English
