- Business Value Achievement: Ensure that projects and programs align with Lunit’s strategic goals, objectives, and priorities.
- Project Oversight & Coordination: Lead and coordinate projects to achieve optimal outcomes and meet program objectives.
- Governance & Process Improvement: Develop and refine policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines for effective project and program management.
- Program Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to mitigate potential issues.
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Resource Management: Support optimal allocation of resources across projects and programs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects within the program meet established quality standards and best practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products adhere to relevant industry regulations and standards.
Requirements
- 5년 이상의 의료기기 산업 관련 경험을 보유하신 분
- 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량을 갖추신 분
- 뛰어난 조직 능력 및 의사 소통 능력, 합리적 의사결정 능력을 갖추신 분
- 담당 프로젝트/프로그램에 대한 높은 책임감을 가지신 분
- 의료기기 개발 생애 주기 경험이 있으신 분
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry
- Proficiency in business-level English and Korean, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and strong decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and programs with a high level of accountability.
- Experience in the full SaMD (Software as a medical device) or Medical Device development lifecycle.
- Preferred: 2년 이상의 의료기기 개발 프로젝트 관리 경험
- Preferred: 프로세스를 효율적으로 개선하여 프로젝트를 성공으로 이끈 경험
- Preferred: 다양한 리스크, 이슈, 과제들의 우선순위를 설정하고 실행을 주도한 경험
- Preferred: 프로젝트 예산 수립 및 비용 관리 경험
- Preferred: PM 도구 및 소프트웨어 사용 경험
- Preferred: 규제 준수 및 품질 관리 경험
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device development project management
- Proven track record of improving processes to drive project success.
- Experience in prioritizing and managing various risks, issues, and tasks.
- Expertise in project budgeting and cost management.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools and software.
- Background in regulatory compliance and quality management.
