About the role
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes (mobile outpatient)
- Manage PRN, part-time, or full-time caseloads based on therapist preference
- Choose when to see patients during any hours/days of the week
- Use Luna technology for documentation and care (Auto-Charting, Luna Exercises)
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app and deliver integrated care
- Match patients based on specialty and location (within ~30 minute drive)
- Coordinate with Concierge service for safety, cancellations, billing, and locating patient homes/facilities
- Travel to patient homes and facilities; handle safety and logistical issues
- Receive payments and bonuses through the Luna platform (instant payments, visible in-app)
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- 1+ years of experience
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
