About the role
- Manage a team of 3-5 BDRs across Europe and North America while achieving your personal pipeline target
- Drive lead generation through multichannel outreach
- Qualify prospects and collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handover of opportunities
- Track metrics proactively to achieve sales goals
- Provide frontline insights to refine product positioning and marketing strategies
Requirements
- Experience in business development with mentoring or managing BDRs
- Ability to leverage multichannel outreach techniques (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
- Willingness to dive into the electronics industry and understand customer needs
- Self-motivated hunter with strong work ethic
- Team player, eager to see teammates succeed and grow into an Account Executive role
