About the role
- Architect a proactive, AI-assisted outbound recruiting strategy
- Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate recruiting needs

- Build and maintain a self-sustaining talent pipeline
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German OR English required
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Ability to engineer steady lead flow through outbound recruiting
- Experience with tools like Ashby for recruitment management
- Familiarity with sales methodologies applied to recruiting
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and its complexities
