About the role
- Monitor market trends in SME and Large Corporate segments across the Baltics to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute business plans for Baltic-wide and country-specific SME and Large Corporate segments
- Lead strategic initiatives and drive key activities that support business objectives
- Design tailored offerings for specific countries, industries, and customer groups
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns to boost growth
- Track segment performance and promote cross-selling and customer retention
- Analyze customer journeys and processes, removing barriers to growth
- Manage regular and ad-hoc customer re-segmentation, ensuring service levels and updating KPIs with stakeholders
- Foster stakeholder engagement through pan-Baltic and cross-divisional initiatives
- Resolve cross-border and cross-functional challenges while supporting Corporate Banking leadership
- Deliver assigned tasks on time, within budget, and aligned with company values
- Invest in your professional development and contribute to team success through feedback and ideas
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or business development within corporate or SME banking
- Strong knowledge of the SME market, including key trends and dynamics
- Ability to analyze market conditions and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities
- Stakeholder engagement and project management skills to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery
- Practical experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive business results
- Educational background in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Banking, Marketing or a related field
- Fluency in English and a local language (spoken and written) to support Pan-Baltic collaboration.
