• Record accounting entries, ensuring the accuracy of data and information
• Assist with account reconciliations, identifying and correcting discrepancies
• Assist in preparing accounting reports, such as trial balances and financial statements
• Support month-end and year-end closings, following established procedures and deadlines
• Analyze and interpret accounting data, identifying trends and variances
• Help organize and file accounting documents, ensuring traceability of information
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits
• Stay up to date with accounting and tax regulations, applying current standards correctly
• Participate in meetings and training to improve accounting knowledge and skills
• Collaborate with the accounting team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and integrated processes
