About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Record accounting entries, ensuring the accuracy of data and information
Assist with account reconciliations, identifying and correcting discrepancies
Assist in preparing accounting reports, such as trial balances and financial statements
Support month-end and year-end closings, following established procedures and deadlines
Analyze and interpret accounting data, identifying trends and variances
Help organize and file accounting documents, ensuring traceability of information
Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits
Stay up to date with accounting and tax regulations, applying current standards correctly
Participate in meetings and training to improve accounting knowledge and skills
Collaborate with the accounting team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and integrated processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Technical diploma in Accounting or related area
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with the Domínio system preferred
Experience with the Gestta system preferred
