Copywriter

• Write and edit marketing copy for:
• ○ Email & SMS campaigns
• ○ Landing pages and website content
• ○ Paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
• ○ Social media captions and short-form content
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team on exciting campaigns and launches
• Adapt copy to different tones (educational, supportive, conversion-focused) to best connect with our audience
• Ensure our messaging aligns with our brand voice and compliance standards
• Revise copy based on performance data and feedback to continuously improve
• Occasionally assist with patient-facing or internal communications to support our team

Customer Support

• Provide exceptional support to patients via phone, email, chat, and SMS
• Resolve patient inquiries related to appointments, prescriptions, billing, subscriptions, and account management
• Guide patients through the telehealth experience with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy
• Escalate clinical questions appropriately while maintaining patient confidence
• Coordinate with Clinical, Operations, Sales, and Patient Success teams to resolve complex issues

• Proactively contact at-risk patients before they disengage or cancel — using behavioral signals, usage patterns, and CRM flags to prioritize outreach
• Handle inbound cancellation and pause requests with empathy and confidence — save accounts where there's a real path to do so
• Re-engage lapsed or paused subscribers through structured win-back campaigns via phone, SMS, and email
• Educate patients on their progress, plan options, and the rationale for staying on track — using approved, non-clinical messaging
• Identify patients who need escalation to care or clinical teams and hand off cleanly
• Maintain precise CRM documentation on every patient interaction, outcome, and next step

• Own project delivery end to end. Track initiative progress across engineering, clinical, product, and ops. Surface blockers early, coordinate dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed without over-communicating.
• Run sprint and delivery rituals. Facilitate planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews — but only the ones that create real alignment. Cut anything that doesn't.
• Write specs that move. Produce project briefs, PRDs, and task breakdowns that are structured, precise, and executable — by engineers, AI coding agents, or junior team members — with minimal back-and-forth.
• Use AI to remove work. Automate recurring status updates, meeting notes, and reporting. Build lightweight automations that free the team from low-value admin.
• Manage risk proactively. Identify scope creep, resource conflicts, and timeline drift before they become incidents. Escalate with proposed solutions, not just problems.
• Hold the cross-functional seam. Product wants to ship. Engineering needs clarity. Clinical has compliance requirements. Ops is watching cost. You translate between all of them without losing fidelity.
• Improve delivery systems over time. Audit your own processes. Kill what doesn't work. Version-control the rituals that do.
• Measure everything. Every initiative has a baseline, a target, and a definition of done. If you can't tell whether something shipped successfully, the spec wasn't complete.

• Plan, produce, and launch original video and static content aligned with monthly company goals across multiple accounts.

Engineering Manager – AI-First Platform, Agent Teams

Art Director

• Own the full creative process for paid performance advertising—strategy, production, and optimization—across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit, and other advertising initiatives.
• Personally produce the work: You will also help our team write copy, design statics, edit video, build landing page concepts, and iterate fast based on data.
• Take ownership of creative decisions across the entire journey: You don’t need to be a full marketing manager, but you must have the instinct to look at a landing page and know it’s leaking conversions, or spot a disconnect between an ad’s promise and the post-click experience. You’ll work directly with our co-founders and own the output from concept to checkout.
