About the role

  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and pain points
  • Reach out to users via phone, email, and social media to educate them on Lumiform’s software
  • Manage and organize leads in the CRM system, update information, and ensure accurate reporting
  • Continuously educate yourself on Lumiform’s application, industry trends, and best practices for sales development

Requirements

  • Native in German AND fluent in English - both written and verbal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Resilient with strong objection handling abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for technology, startups, and sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field (Good to Haves)
  • Experience in sales development or inside sales role, preferably in a SaaS environment (Good to Haves)
