IT Support

• Lead end-to-end IT delivery for new imaging center openings, relocations, mergers/acquisitions, and expansion projects.
• Ensure alignment with construction timelines and proactively identify risks that could impact opening dates.
• Maintain consistent implementation standards, processes, and quality expectations across all sites.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical or operational issues impacting timelines, budgets, or readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Engineers to ensure high performance and delivery consistency.
• Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects based on priority, complexity, and timelines.
• Establish accountability for project milestones, SLA adherence, go-live readiness, and implementation outcomes.
• Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to strengthen technical and project delivery capabilities.
• Operate as a player-coach by directly supporting implementations during peak demand periods or critical project phases.
• Perform or oversee on-site and remote technical activities, including network and infrastructure setup, ISP and low-voltage vendor coordination, hardware deployment, and telecom setup.
• Provide on-site leadership during go-live events to ensure seamless activation and rapid issue resolution.
• Develop and standardize scalable implementation processes to support continued organizational growth.
• Track and report key performance metrics including on-time center openings, budget adherence, go-live defect rates, and post-implementation incident trends.
