About the role
- Lead the end-to-end digital transformation journey for enterprise clients.
- Act as a lead consultant for stakeholders to align platform deployment with long-term business goals and ROI.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify organizational pain points and architect complex enterprise-grade configurations, advanced information architecture, and global governance models.
- Lead multiple concurrent SaaS deployments, managing technical specifications, data migrations, and cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with the Project Manager to ensure technical delivery aligns with the strategic vision.
- Conduct product training and change management strategies designed to accelerate user activation and consistently scale Weekly Active Users (WAU) across all key personas (HR, IT, and Ops)
- Act as the voice of the customer for Product and Engineering teams, turning field insights into repeatable methodologies and product enhancements.
Requirements
- 7+ years proven track record in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or digital workplace delivery within enterprise environments.
- Consultative Expert: Exceptional ability to translate technical complexity into business value for both executive and operational audiences.
- Platform Savvy: Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CMS, and digital workplace tools (e.g., LumApps, SharePoint, Simpplr, Unily, Igloo).
- Strategic Mindset: Strong skills in risk management, project prioritization, and the ability to drive clarity in highly ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments.
