About the role
- Provide expert second-level support for G&A application users across G&A teams
- Manage and coordinate with systems integrators and G&A system providers to resolve bugs and drive system enhancements
- Ensure consistency and data integrity across all G&A systems
- Ensure data coherence between all systems
- Analyze change/evolution requests with a holistic view of potential impacts across the G&A tech stack
- Collect, analyze, challenge, and prioritize requests for finance system, process, and master data changes to maintain and continuously refine the G&A systems roadmap
- Lead system evolution projects in partnership with systems integrators/providers, in coordination with key users
- Play a key role in high-impact projects, including integrating newly acquired companies into our systems and implementing new tools across areas such as P2P, Travel & Expenses, and CSR KPI management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience administering G&A systems
- Minimum 3 years’ experience administering ERP systems
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly Accounting and Controlling principles
- Proven ability to challenge functional and financial proposals from financial system integrators
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Fluent in French and English
