About the role
- Maintain a high level of user satisfaction and ensure maximum operational efficiency across G&A functions.
- Provide second-level support for G&A application use across the G&A teams.
- Manage and coordinate with our integrators and G&A systems providers, addressing bugs and driving system enhancements.
- Ensure data coherence between all G&A systems and that master data are shared.
- Participate in implementation of system evolutions, in coordination with Key Users and systems integrators.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience administering G&A systems
- At least 2 years' experience administering ERP systems
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly Accounting and Controlling principles
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Fluent in French and English
