About the role
- Provide exceptional client service, consistent with Lumanity account service standards
- Overall responsibility for facilitating moving, tracking, and delegating of assigned projects on a proactive basis
- Overall responsibility for the integrity and accuracy of financial deliverables (i.e. budgets, invoices, forecast, etc.)
- Accountability for and oversight of team maintaining accurate records within client chosen publication technology program (i.e. Datavision or PubSTRAT)
- Responsible for the identification of new areas to expand organic growth
- Foster collaborative professional relationships and cultivate positive team dynamics.
- Overall accountability and leadership across account(s)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 plus years of account management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
- Demonstrate intermediate understanding of the clinical development process and how this can be impacted by strategic communication planning
- Ability to work in fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Excellent financial acumen
- Excellent project management skills, including organization, prioritization and delegation skills
- Flexible, deadline oriented, and ability to work as part of a multifunctional team
- Certified Medical Publications Professional via the credentialing program offered by the International Society of Medical Publication Professionals (ISMPP) preferred
