About the role
- To oversee the development of key project deliverables and routine tasks, e.g. job costings, reports
- To maintain significant client contact – face-face client dialogue, brainstorming, to ensure distinctive service and effective client outcomes, e.g. advisory/consultancy role
- To lead development of client presentations, which clearly answer the business objectives
- To take responsibility to run project within budget
- To independently conduct research activities to help drive innovation and improve client satisfaction
- To start to lead the design, analysis, interpretation and writing of research projects
- To coach others in the design of research materials and presentations
- To anchor all outputs to research business objectives
- To produce “client ready” versions of research materials and presentations
- To complete all administrative tasks in a timely and appropriate manner
- To build close personal client relationships to help generate business and drive growth
- To identify business opportunities and start to build close/personal client relationships with 4-6 clients
- Start to conduct new business development activities and initiate meetings
- To lead direct reports, ensure effective teamwork and coach colleagues
- To provide support and development to colleagues and encourage team working
- Act as a valued internal resource and role model, within Lumanity.
Requirements
- Degree / Masters in any subject or field
- 4-7 years’ experience in research or professional services organisation
- At least 3+ years’ experience in research-based project support role within healthcare / life sciences sector
- Good knowledge of at least one of the following quant methodologies is essential: - conjoint; segmentation, pricing or patient pathway research
- Able to apply relevant research methods
- Demonstrate good data analysis & interpretive skills
- Solid project management skills
- Strong coaching skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficient: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Have strong numerical skills.
