About the role

  • Guide the day-to-day activities of the account by managing details of tactical plan implementation
  • Interface with clients and communicate client expectations with internal team members
  • Work with copywriter/medical writer to deliver an accurate and detailed copy outline
  • Review creative work for accuracy
  • Develop project briefs for new projects
  • Assist with the development of deliverable content
  • Conduct desk research and provide accurate information for creation of new deliverables
  • Actively engage with clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service
  • Lead client status meetings and provide accurate and timely client reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, Advertising or related field
  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience and success in working with cross-functional agency teams
  • High motivation, good work ethic, professional maturity and personal initiative
