About the role

  • Drive and analyze growth experiments across channels (email, outbound, SEO, etc.)
  • Build and optimize lead-generation strategies to reach industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to shape messaging, positioning, and campaign assets.
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel data to uncover bottlenecks and drive improvements.
  • Own tools and processes to scale outreach and campaign automation.
  • Support the sales team by qualifying leads, refining ICPs, and improving conversion rates.
