About the role
- Drive and analyze growth experiments across channels (email, outbound, SEO, etc.)
- Build and optimize lead-generation strategies to reach industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and marketing to shape messaging, positioning, and campaign assets.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel data to uncover bottlenecks and drive improvements.
- Own tools and processes to scale outreach and campaign automation.
- Support the sales team by qualifying leads, refining ICPs, and improving conversion rates.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical mindset; experience working with data to inform decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and fast changes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extreme ownership, extreme organization.
- Self-starter who thrives with high autonomy and ownership.
- Basic copy and design skills.
- Basic technical skills (API integrations)
