Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Schedule flexibility is required to cover peak hours, typically between 7 AM–3 PM or 10 AM–6 PM. Your Mission: As the Fitness Manager, your mission is to be the steward of tenant well-being and the heartbeat of our wellness experience. You lead with energy, empathy, and excellence, delivering a hospitality-driven approach to health that turns workouts into meaningful moments of connection, renewal, and longevity. Your job is to ensure fitness, engagement, and hospitality are fully aligned across the building. You’ll execute wellness-themed events and activations, stretch breaks in conference rooms, collaborations with F&B, and more. Your Legacy: By infusing hospitality into every interaction and program, you transformed your building’s fitness center into more than a place to work out—it became a daily ritual, a space tenants turn to for connection, productivity, and longevity. Because of your presence, tenants felt seen, supported, and inspired to prioritize their well-being. Because of you, the fitness center became a cornerstone of the tenant experience, an essential part of why people loved coming to work, and a differentiator that helps retain top tenants. In a building defined by design, innovation, and hospitality, you set the standard for what workplace wellness should be.

Requirements

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, or NSCA required) 3+ years of experience as a fitness manager and personal trainer CPR/AED + First Aid certifications Group fitness certification(s) + ability to teach multiple formats to groups of all sizes and fitness levels Confidence working with all levels of clientele, from new members to C-suite executives. Previous experience executing wellness events, such as private classes, themed or specialty classes, member appreciation events, and/or other promotional events. You are proficient with both the Google suite (what we use) and Microsoft Office (what our clients use).
