About the role

  • You will support and develop our top customers in close coordination with the Account Manager.
  • You will ensure smooth preparation and processing of quotes, route inquiries and coordinate all internal departments for complex projects.
  • You will proactively support the preparation, implementation and monitoring of customer-specific agreements (e.g., framework agreements, delivery concepts), oversee their execution and intervene actively in case of disruptions.
  • You will process customer orders and clarify any open issues.
  • You will work closely with Account Managers and internal departments (Engineering, Logistics, Tendering team, etc.) to ensure a consistent customer approach ("One Voice to the Customer") and seamless order processing.
  • You will support potential analyses and contribute to the creation and implementation of customer-specific development plans.
  • You will maintain sales-relevant data in the ERP and CRM systems and regularly report defined KPIs to team leaders and account managers.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training and approximately 3 years of sales experience – ideally in a trading company or a similar environment.
  • Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong process and system understanding.
  • Strengths in needs analysis, consulting and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Team-oriented, good coordination skills and a solution-focused working style.
  • Hands-on mentality and the ability to resolve challenges independently.
  • Careful, reliable as well as structured and organized way of working.
