About the role

  • You manage and develop our top customers in close coordination with the Account Manager
  • You ensure smooth quote preparation and processing, route inquiries and coordinate all internal departments for complex projects
  • You proactively support the preparation, implementation and monitoring of customer-specific agreements (e.g. framework agreements, delivery concepts)
  • You monitor their implementation and intervene proactively in case of disruptions
  • You process customer orders and resolve open issues
  • You work closely with Account Managers and internal departments (Engineering, Logistics, Tendering team, etc.) to ensure a consistent customer approach ("One Voice to the Customer") and seamless order fulfillment
  • You support potential analyses and contribute to the creation and implementation of customer-specific development plans
  • You maintain sales-relevant data in the ERP and CRM systems and regularly report defined KPIs to team leaders and Account Managers

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in a trading company or a similar environment
  • Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong process and system understanding
  • Proven skills in needs analysis, consulting and building long-term customer relationships
  • Team-oriented, strong coordination skills and a solution-focused working style
  • Hands-on mentality and the ability to independently solve challenges
  • Careful, reliable, structured and organized working methods
