About the role
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with VIP clients
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback
- Help maintain high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Support data tracking and analysis related to client satisfaction and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client objectives and expectations
- Assist senior account managers with ongoing tasks and projects
Requirements
- Native-level language skills in either Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) or Mandarin
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Familiarity with CRM tools, chat platforms, or client-facing environments
- Basic understanding of the iGaming industry or working with VIP/high-value clients
