About the role
- Create business performance and process diagnostics and assessments.
- Attending and developing implementation design sessions with customers for Warehouse, Supply Chain and Transportation Management (TMS) processes.
- Configure, test and train customers on D365F&SC warehouse, supply chain and TMS implementation solution design.
- Document high-level requirements to discuss with developers for technical feasibility to estimate time and delivery estimates.
- Write comprehensive developer tasks with defined requirements for successful execution.
- Developing and testing of detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes, e.g.
- Implement product information management
- Implement Manufacturing/Distribution
- Implement inventory management
- Implement and manage supply chain processes
- Implement (advanced) warehouse management and transportation management
- Implement Master planning
- Identify functional gaps and conflicts in requirements and drive toward a solution.
- Coordinating with technical staff for application build, test, and deploy activities.
- Assist and/or lead planning and executing data conversion activities.
- Drive test planning and execution.
- Project and program management that exhibits leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of a process, technology, strategy, and organizational changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree: Business or technology related BA/BS
- 4+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/Finance & Supply Chain/AX2012 implementation experience or corresponding Supply Chain / Warehouse/ Manufacturing experience with a full lifecycle implementation.
- Experience with at least 3 full end to end ERP implementation.
- Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems.
- Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
- Clear and concise oral and written communication.
- Ability to lead people, teams, and projects.
- Understanding aspects of business management and strategic evaluation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Visio.
- High motivation and work philosophy.
- Able to work independently and take personal responsibility.
