Project Manager

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC projects, from planning and scoping to implementation and post-implementation support
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project success
• Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams, including technical teams, business analysts, and quality assurance teams, to deliver high-quality solutions
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and escalation of issues
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to best practices including Microsoft Success by Design and project governance standards
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, project scoping, estimation, solution design, and proposal development
• Develop and maintain project documentation and artifacts
• Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack and Engineering teams to gain deep product insights and support customer solution design reviews
• Act as a bridge between consulting leadership and consulting team members in the organization
