About the role

  • Achieve annual sales goals through individual effort.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of healthcare provider prospects, guiding them through the full-cycle sales process, from initial outreach to contract closure.
  • Manage all prospect contacts in HubSpot, including all day-to-day activities and opportunity progression through the pipeline.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in provider organizations to align Ludi’s provider compensation solutions with specific needs.
  • Identify new business channels, opportunities at prospective organizations that could benefit from the product suite.
  • Leverage a consultative sales approach to identify client challenges, demonstrating how Ludi's compensation solutions can provide value.
  • Conduct tailored product demos to effectively illustrate the benefits of Ludi's solutions, addressing common provider compensation pain points.
  • Stay informed on trends in provider compensation, regulatory updates, and market needs to refine sales strategies and better position Ludi’s offerings.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale, contributing insights that enhance Ludi’s product development and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant healthcare and/or customer-facing experience, with at least 5 years in a direct sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Enterprise sales experience with hospitals and health systems is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare provider operations, physician compensation models, and hospital compliance challenges is preferred.
  • Ability to handle complex sales cycles with provider organizations and create strong client relationships.
  • Ability to identify unique client challenges and communicate value propositions to provider stakeholders.
  • Articulate, resourceful, and comfortable with communicating effectively with individuals at all levels from every part of the organization.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strategic and process-oriented, with a high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfort in a startup environment - at ease with shifting priorities, unknowns, and self-guided direction.
