Data Engineer

• This role leads the data function end-to-end—from infrastructure to insight—on a day-to-day basis.
• The Director manages a cross-functional team responsible for building and maintaining databases, data pipelines, reporting platforms, and governance frameworks.
• They ensure the data estate supports real-time operational needs and long-term strategic goals, including advanced analytics, regulatory reporting, and automation.
• Own the vision, roadmap, and architecture for enterprise data platforms, including data warehouses, data lakes, and operational databases.
• Lead and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and governance specialists to deliver scalable data solutions that support analytics, product development, and business operations.
• Design and implement data integration strategies across internal and external systems (e.g., claims processing, CRM, finance, cloud systems).
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and frameworks, including data quality management, metadata standards, and access controls.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of the enterprise data dictionary and master data management (MDM) initiatives.
• Collaborate daily with business leaders to define high-impact data use cases, support reporting needs, and prioritize data platform enhancements.
• Lead enterprise data projects such as data warehouse modernization, cloud migrations, or data lake implementations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations around data privacy and security, including HIPAA and CMS requirements.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making through enablement of self-service analytics and data literacy across departments.
• Evaluate and implement modern data tools and technologies, including ETL/ELT platforms, data catalogs, BI tools, and cloud services.

Cloud Engineer

• The Cloud Services Director leads our cloud and infrastructure teams, driving the cloud initiatives.
• The Cloud Services Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cloud environment and IT infrastructures, ensuring their availability, performance, scalability, and security.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping LucyRx’s cloud strategy while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
• Develop and implement cloud strategies and roadmaps that align with overall business objectives and future growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud and operations professionals while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Develop, implement, and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) deployments to automate and standardize cloud provisioning and configuration.
• Ensure the continuous availability, optimal performance, scalability, and robust security of all cloud environments.
• Oversee and manage IT Infrastructure Teams responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LucyRx IT infrastructures.
• Monitor and analyze cloud performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant industry regulations, data privacy laws, and internal security standards.
• Develop, implement, and regularly test comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans for all cloud services.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing best practices for security and governance.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments and business units to ensure successful cloud integrations and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing, evaluating and recommending new solutions to enhance our cloud capabilities.

Sales

• Manage the complete sales lifecycle for self-funded employer groups, third-party administrators, brokers, consultants, and coalitions, driving the adoption of PBM solutions and consistently achieving sales goals within the designated territory
• Partner with the Senior Vice President of Sales and other senior leaders to create and execute competitive strategies, ensuring market leadership through ongoing research and proactive prospecting
• Identify new business opportunities, guide clients through the discovery and solution development phases, provide pricing recommendations, and lead proposal drafting and finalist presentations, ensuring strong engagement with internal stakeholders
• Direct the Request for Proposal (RFP) process by analyzing client needs and matching them with tailored solutions
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key prospects and channel partners, organizing and leading meetings based on agreed-upon activity metrics
• Work closely with underwriting, marketing, internal and external strategic partnerships, product, implementation, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies and optimize the client onboarding process
• Negotiate contract terms and ensure the seamless translation of proposals into formal agreements
• Utilize internal tools to maintain up-to-date information on prospects, opportunities, accounts, and contacts, ensuring accurate pipeline management
• Represent the company at business events, conferences, trade shows, and seminars, expanding the company’s presence in the industry
